About Faten Elmokdad

Faten has been in the real estate business since 2008. She is a Coldwell Banker award-winning NAR member and is a certified Coldwell Banker Global Luxury agent. She joined The Knurek Team at Coldwell Banker Realty in 2019. This is a team that takes pride in conducting its business with honesty, integrity, and professionalism. With this collaboration, she was confident she could increase opportunities and provide a strong support network for her clients.

 

As a former teacher with an international background fluent in English, French, and all dialects of Arabic, Faten has expertise that transcends cultural barriers and helps her understand the needs of diverse clients. Faten is a licensed NAR member in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York. In addition, she is an accredited Stager who focuses on enhancing the positive aspects of the property to increase its appeal to today’s potential buyers.

 

Born in Lebanon, educated in France, and trained in the USA, Faten brings global experience to the table. She enjoys making a personal connection with her clients and takes pride in steering them through a complex marketplace to the completion of their real estate transactions.
