We choose James Knurek as our Realtor because we saw his for sale signs all over South Windsor and figured he must be doing something right. That turned out to be a correct assumption. James was very responsive in returning calls and in getting us information when needed. This doesn’t always happen with Realtors. He gave us good advise and intel on our local housing market which translated into $35k over asking price! James even helped out after the sale by mailing us items that were sent to our house after we had moved to FL. It was a very smooth process using Knurek and I highly recommend him.
