I met several other realtors before I chose who I wanted to work with in the end. James shone out from all of the other realtors. I really appreciated his honesty, how upfront he was with me at every turn and that he never tried to just please me by saying what he thought I wanted to hear. He truly wanted to help me in any way that he could. James is a very busy realtor, extremely hard working yet every time he was with me or talking to me I felt like I was his only client. He was very attentive. He is incredibly knowledgeable, very professional and warm and sincere. He answered every one of my phone calls, texts and emails quickly. He kept me informed every step of the way. Every single thing that he had told me throughout the whole process came true except that my house sold a lot faster than what I had imagined it would, which was a great surprise. We also priced it right so that I wouldn’t have to sit on it for very long as that was very important to me as I was already settled into my new home. Many of my friends and family watched how hard he worked for me and were also very impressed with James. Two of them are going to call him when they decide to downsize too.
